Hotel Management – BTEC

Combining academic study with practical training, CHM’s internationally recognised Hospitality Management Certificate 4 will enable you to develop the leadership, operational and administration skills required for a junior management position.

The program focuses on a small number of study modules, including Marketing in Hospitality, Hospitality Operations Management, Rooms Division Management, Food and Beverage Operations, Rooms Division Management and Finance in Hospitality. The learning calendar has been designed to offer you hands-on exposure to the industry and explore contemporary issues facing the industry today. Professionally experienced guest lecturers will provide an inside-look as to how the industry operates.

The program is recognised as a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in the Edexcel qualification framework, and is equivalent to the first year of a Bachelor’s degree. However, if you wish to go straight into employment you’ll be equipped with the knowledge and skills to embark on a successful career in a range of hospitality sectors.
