CHM’s programs are taught by a team of experienced international lecturers who bring with them a wealth of industry experience from across the globe. As a result, students learn the skills employers demand of potential employees from industry experts.
As the universal language of the worldwide hospitality industry, all of our teaching and learning activities are conducted in English. We understand that English is not the first language of many of our students, however, our lecturers are dedicated to providing any support required should a concept, topic or word not be fully understood. Additional English classes are provided to those who may benefit from them.

MODERN LEARNING FACILITIES AND PEACEFUL ENVIRONMENT
CHM is proud to own state-of-the-art hospitality teaching facilities with seven multimedia classrooms, two hotel practical rooms and six different training kitchens.
The beautiful residential gardens and sporting facilities surrounding our campus, such as golf driving range, tennis courts, badminton courts, beach volleyball and a swimming pool, provide a safe, peaceful learning environment for our students.
Hospitality Management students use our two mock hotel rooms to put theory lessons in to practice. These rooms replicate those of a 4-5 star hotel.
Culinary Arts students train in our six industry-standard special training kitchens. Our students also have the opportunity to undertake work experience in our on-campus modern fine dining restaurant, Top Chef.

An internship is widely regarded as one of the most effective ways to gain practical real life experience and launch a successful career in the hospitality industry and is therefore an integral part of all CHM Programs.
Our prestigious hotel partnerships facilitate sought after paid internship opportunities in famous 4 and 5 star hotels, resorts, serviced apartments and casinos, both in Hanoi and globally
Supported by lecturers, our students are placed into a range of job positions. All students are required to complete at least one internship as part of the Hospitality Management Program and Culinary Arts Program. Students are required to record their experiences in a reflective journal which forms part of their assessment.
