• Internship program in optional hotels: 3 months

Modules:

• Instructions of how to know, use materials of baking
• Catching up secrets of nice and delicious and eye-catching cakes: cupcake, choux cream, muffins, gateau cake, pizza.
• Knowing how to garnish cakes from basic to advance level
• Practicing at least 3 kinds of cakes / class
