VTOS Vietnamese cuisine program is the basic training program for who just start their career with culinary arts industry, meanwhile, is the essential foundation of a professional chef in the future. This program provides students necessary skills of cutting, garnishing, cleaning, keeping materials, how to use pan, coal and fire as well or making the basic and popular dishes.

Time:

• Full time study
• Theory & practical in school: 01 month
• Internship program in optional hotels: 3 months

Modules:

• Having a thorough grasp of knowledge and basic skill in Vietnam Culinary culture;
• Knowledge of kitchen organization, food hygiene and labour safety, fire prevention and fighting;
• Practical skills: methods of processing Vietnamese Cuisine, type of food and recognize all spices, additives in food processing;
• Basic practical skill in cutting/slicing/mincing/chopping and processing raw material;
• Shaking, paring, decor skill from basic to advance.

 Orientation schedule: Continuous enrolment every month
