For BTEC Exdecxel & CTH

  1. Copy of Applicant’s Identity Card or Passport
  2. Three (3) passport-sized photographs (4x6cm)
  3. Copies of Applicant’s latest high school transcripts and certificates (Original language and authorized English translation)
  4. Updated Resume if Applicant has working experience for more than one (1) year
  5. Birth certificate (Original language and authorized English translation)
  6. English proficiency certificate (IELTS/TOELF etc.)
  7. Copies of Applicant’s highest educational transcripts and certificates (Original language and authorized English translation)
  8. Medical check-up report (for Culinary Arts students only)

For VTOS courses

  1. Copy of Applicant’s Identity Card or Passport
  2. Three (3) passport-sized photographs (4x6cm)
